At CulinVow, we take pride in offering engaging, hands-on cooking classes led by experienced chefs. Our goal is to provide every participant with an enjoyable and educational culinary experience. To maintain fairness and manage class resources effectively, we have established the following refund policy. 1. Class Cancellations by Participants If you wish to cancel your booking, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled class date. Cancellations made between 4 and 6 days before the class are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 4 days in advance are non-refundable, as ingredients and instructor time have already been allocated. 2. Multi-Session Courses For multi-week cooking courses, cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the first session for a full refund. After the course begins, no refunds will be provided. However, in the case of medical or personal emergencies, a prorated credit may be offered upon request and subject to approval. 3. Missed Classes Missed classes are non-refundable. We do not guarantee makeup sessions but will try to accommodate you in another class if space allows. Advance notice is required for consideration. 4. Private Classes and Group Bookings Private or group session bookings must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days in advance are eligible for a partial refund of 50%. Cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice are non-refundable. 5. Class Cancellations by the School If we cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive the option of a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for another class of your choice. 6. Refund Processing All approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original form of payment.
